Four Points By Sheraton San Jose Downtown Hotel

Staff and location were perfect, I liked that. It was located in a nice enough area.

My stay was really great here. All of the staff were highly courteous, outstanding. The hotel was located right by bars and museums and all shops and bars. Also, Plaza de Cesar Chavez was situated on the doorstep.

Moderate hotel, I loved perfect location and freshly renovated rooms. Reasonably spacious suite and large bed. The fact the service was friendly too. I had a good stay in a long time.

It was a perfect 10/10 stay. Absolutely perfect location and adorable staff. The beach was beautiful. The bedroom was actually large.

the lobby was fine and immaculately clean. the room i booked was upgraded to a suite at no cost and available with a double bed. coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator were an advantage. the easy check-in process too.

I came here for 1 night and had a fine stay. Staff was courteous, facility was immaculately clean. Big size room, comfy bed. Attentive service was provided too. That was exceptionally comfortable hotel set in very pleasant area. Liked food selection, meals were APPETISING and they have variety of options.

Unique base for celebrating birthday, felt like home. Appreciated the place, wonderful stay. For dinner, we went to Elyse Restaurant, it was a couple of blocks away the venue. Great staff, especially attendant.

Downtown San Jose district deserves to be explored.

The street was noisy and you'll have to deal with it.

There were good choice of bars and restaurants in front of the hotel. Comfortable place for a vacation in San Jose.

We enjoyed location and service. Tourist destinations like winchester house were close to the hotel. Johnny Rockets is set 600 feet away from the property. Downtown San Jose neighborhood was worth exploring...
